Returns & Refunds

Please contact us within 30 days of purchase if there is a fault along with details and any photos if possible. If there is a fault we will replace the item for you immediately. We will usually ask you to dispose of the item to save on the environmental impact of returning the item. However, please wait for instructions to do so as we may wish to get the item returned to us in some instances. If the item is faulty and you would prefer a refund we will get this processed for you immediately and it should arrive back in your account within 3 working days. 

Please note we are unable to accept returns on personalised orders unless they are faulty. 

All personalised orders are considered final at the point when you place the order. Please take extra care to ensure that the details you have entered for personalised items are correct, as we are unable to offer replacements for personalised items unless they are faulty.
